The Natural Family Planning Association wants to support clergy in their endeavours to encourage couples to live and love according to God’s plan for their lives. NFPA helps couples to effectively plan and space their families using the Billings Ovulation Method® of natural family planning. This is not the old outdated Rhythm/Calendar method that depended on women having regular cycles. Nor is there temperature taking. Modern natural family planning has come a long way since the early days of the Rhythm method. The Billings Ovulation Method® helps each woman to track her fertility and infertility throughout her reproductive life whether her cycles are regular or not. This is done through daily observations allowing the couple to decide when is a good time to have a baby. Instead of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, it works with each woman’s unique patterns of fertility and infertility in all circumstances.
