The Billings Ovulation Method® is a natural and highly effective method of monitoring the woman’s bodily signs and symptoms to achieve or postpone pregnancy. It is flexible in its adaptability to each woman’s unique patterns of fertility and infertility during the various phases of her life, including breastfeeding. After giving birth, there may be a period of natural infertility that can last for many weeks or months while breastfeeding.
