Breastfeeding and the Billings Ovulation Method®

Did you know that women go through a period of infertility while breastfeeding? Join us on Tuesday, April 30 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for a special virtual presentation that teaches you about your fertile health post-birth and how you can use the Billings Ovulation Method® to recognize and track these signs and symptoms.

The Billings Ovulation Method® is a natural and highly effective method of monitoring the woman’s bodily signs and symptoms to achieve or postpone pregnancy. It is flexible in its adaptability to each woman’s unique patterns of fertility and infertility during the various phases of her life, including breastfeeding. After giving birth, there may be a period of natural infertility that can last for many weeks or months while breastfeeding. With the help of one of our credited instructors, those interested in learning the Billings Ovulation Method® will be able to recognize periods of fertility and infertility.

For more information about this event or to register, please email Rose Heron (rosemary.heron@naturalfamilyplanning.ca) or call us at our new number: 437-600-9333. Upon registration, you will receive the Zoom link for the event.
